Our MOQ is 50pcs for EACH custom design. New customers can start with 10 pcs to check the quality.
Q: Do you offer samples before mass production?
Yes, we offer pre-production samples with only a mold charge. Sampling takes approximately7-10 days and mass production another 10-15 business days. Please allow enough time for production.
Q: Do you do custom designs And will I receive an art proof before production ?
Yes, we will send you a proof in 1-3 workdays after receiving your order.
Production begins oniy after we get your approval of the artwork.
